What is the
Wild & Scenic Film Festival?

This new fundraising event will feature six films from the Wild and Scenic Film Festival lineup including films about living as your hero, free diving, hiking the Triple Crown, rock climbing and sailing an old boat off the coast of British Columbia. The diverse selection of short films offers entertainment for everyone and a chance to enjoy movie night in Columbia Falls.

Who is the CFHS
Academic Endowment?

The Columbia Falls High School Academic Endowment is a non-profit organization, in existence since 2012, to provide funding for projects and programs that expand educational opportunities, foster creativity and enhance academic experiences for students of Columbia Falls High School. The Academic Endowment funds a wide range of enriching projects and activities that are not covered by school budgets.  Through ACAE funding, students have attended Academic World Quest, Model United Nations, Quiz Bowl, live theater and musical performances.  Funds have also been used to purchase laboratory equipment, book and chess club resources, music software, and to host a Lego robotics event, to name just a few.

Live & Hybrid Event

Doors open at 6:30 pm for socializing, movie screening begins at 7 pm in the reduced capacity high school theater. For those who prefer to view the films from the comfort of their home, a virtual option will be available allowing the ticket holder to view the films over the span of 5 days.

Live event tickets cost $15 per person and virtual tickets are $15 per household. Both ticket options allow the supporter to view the films on demand through Oct. 21.  Supporters are encouraged to purchase online tickets early as reduced capacity in the theater may cause the event to sell out quickly.
